Shipping Policy
Network Mobility ship all products by Auspost, Startrack or Interparcel

Network Mobility DO NOT ship internationally.

All customers that purchase product/s via shipping will receive a tracking number.

Our orders do not require a signature on delivery please make sure the address you order your parcel to has adequate security as we cannot be held responsible for any parcels that are stolen.

Any parcels that are returned to sender and need to be re-shipped will be at the cost of the customer.

We hold no liability if you provide us with an incorrect postal address.

We will endeavor to get your parcel out as soon as possible however please allow for up to 7 business days, unless pre-ordered.

Once your order has been placed we may be able to make any changes or cancel your order if you have not received a notification stating that the order is shipped. If you need to make any changes please contact quotes@networkmobility.com.au immediately, or alternatively contact us on 03 5382 3139

Network Mobility will not be held responsible for any customs/tax/duties charged. Any fees of this nature will be the responsibility of the customer.
